Leadership In Action Program
Leadership In Action is a four-month, leadership development program delivering practical application and on-the-job results. Leadership In Action is an applied leadership development program for people leaders. Participants make a direct impact on their team while growing as a leader. This breakthrough approach to leadership development emphasizes application, encourages the adoption of new behaviors, and translates learning into action. Content, tools and skill building workshops are modular to assist participants in seamlessly implementing their learning. Leadership In Action embeds new behaviors and elevated outcomes while creating a culture of feedback. New leadership skills and behaviors are relevant, purposeful and produce significant value to teams and organizations.
Program Outcomes:
Participant application of 16 new leadership skills and behaviors to be applied within
their teams, in one-on-ones, with participants’ managers, and across organizations
Exponential increase in learning retention and utilization, creating entrenched new
skills and practices

Strengthened one-on-one meetings, delegation conversations and coaching skills
Enhanced multi-directional feedback

Program Components:
4 two- to four-hour in-person or virtual learning sessions
4 one-hour group coaching and implementation sessions
2 individual coaching sessions per participant
Practical application activities to immediately transfer learning into action
90-page workbook containing reflection exercises, activities, resources, and tools
Leadership Effectiveness Assessment
Participant and manager alignment and documentation
Individual action plans for purposeful development
Weekly communication to ensure progress
Private discussion forum to share successes, challenges and best practices
Additional assessments, worksheets, resources and job aids
